1. Use a plain black background.

If not black, use any plain background. Avoid patterns and designs in the background.

2. Lay the card flat on the background to take a picture.

Upload only images, no video please.

3. Remove any labels, slabs or plastic covers first.

4. Avoid holding up the picture or your hands in the picture.

5. Take as clear a picture as possible, with no blurred photos. Phones and cameras are equally good for use.
